Spread Spectrum signals are also hard to intercept or demodulate. These signals use fast codes that run many times the information bandwidth or data rate. Because Spread Spectrum signal are so wide, they transmit at a much lower spectral power density, measured in watts per Hertz, than narrow band transmitters. Spread and narrow band signals can occupy the same band, with little or no interference. This solution is for the connectivity of the inter-city offices of the customers via spread Spectrum Radio Link in S-Band (ISM BAND).

    Tier 2 Support: Tier 2 provides more complex support and/or subject matter expertise on software applications and/or hardware and is usually an escalation of the call from Tier 1
    Tier 3 Support: Tier 3 provides support on complex hardware and network operating system software and usually involves certified systems engineers. We can also send out an automated e-mail each month asking the caller to complete an independent survey based on five questions. The results of the survey could be reported periodically.
